Buy Rotech offer returns and refund for most UK mainland purchases within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn more about our returns policy.

What can be returned?
We only supply quality coding and marking equipment and consumables, so we honour returns on most* products and orders if you’re not 100% satisfied with the product or service you received. Exceptions to this are outlined below.
The returns process
You must contact us before returning any items.
Rotech can organise collection via DPD Local upon request, or alternatively use your own delivery courier.
Once the order is returned to our office, we may offer various solutions for you, this may include:
- A full refund
- A replacement product
- A substitute product
We will work hard to offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible, as we understand the importance of our products for our customers.
Exceptions
*Your purchase cannot be returned if:
- Your order was shipped outside of the UK mainland (with some exceptions)
- Your item is damaged and/or visibly mis-treated, outside of what is deemed reasonable by our team of experts
- Warranty stickers are torn or removed, specifically with thermal printheads (unless there is a manufacturers fault)
- There is a minimum order quantity higher than one. These products are manufactured specifically for your order and so are non-refundable.
